Bareboat charters

• • Offer selection
    
    First select the type of charter and the yacht that interests you , or contact us by submitting the relevant form to us so we can assist you with the selection of the most suitable yacht , available .

• • Option process
    
    After selecting your preferred sailboat , you can always ask for an option (7 days) to secure the yacht and your preferred dates , until you make , arrangements , with your crew , the flights etc . During the option , we will not offer the yacht and the selected dates until you  don't want to proceed , further . Please , let us know , earlier if you are not , interested ,  so we can , release the yacht for future , requests .

Reservation process

• • Once you have decided to go , forward , with the reservation , we will send you , the contract and once you sign it , you will be notified via an email , about the booking confirmation and our terms and conditions for the payments , cancellation policy etc.

Payment

• Once we receive your advance payment , your reservation is final .

• The refundable security deposit .
  
  All our yachts are insured against fire, marine and collision risks, third party damage and against any and all loss or damage in excess of the amount of the deposit guarantee. If there is no damage or loss to the yacht or her equipment, this figure is returned to you.
  
  
• Preferably we arrange your deposit with a credit card and only as an alternative , option with cash . We can support both offline and online ways. Depends on the charter base . In any case you will receive a copy of the transaction . Remember , we reserve , block the amount , not charge it.
  
  
• Insurance for the Security Deposit

  As an option to you , we can assist you in , insuring ,  your security deposit . If we need to retain it , then the Insurance is being , activated . Please ask for our terms of service and our insurance policies.

• Damage Waiver

  In addition to the Refundable Security Deposit , some charter companies or charter agencies , offer the Non-Refundable Security deposit which is also known as the Damage Waiver .  As an alternative to that , we offer a combination of two amounts . A smaller , Refundable Security Deposit and another amount for the Non-Refundable Security Deposit . This varies according to the model .

In order to make the whole charter/booking process , easier and smoother , we will ask you , the following ,  documents .

• Sailing license of the skipper .
• Sailing resume of the skipper .
• Passport of the skipper and the charterer (Only if there are , different , persons)
• Booking confirmation signed
• Charter contract , signed by the customer , the owner or the agent .
• Crew list signed by the skipper
• Two self declaration statements one for the skipper and the co-skipper.
