Your Sailorsbreeze account
One login. Your whole charter, from booking to deposit refund.
Booking, payments, documents, check-in, check-out and security deposit, in one place, from the day you book until the deposit is back on your card. Nothing to print, nothing to dig out of old emails, and the base already knows who you are when you walk in.
Why it matters to us as much as to you: every form you complete online is a form we are not filling in at the pontoon on a Saturday afternoon. Your check-in takes minutes, not an hour, and you are sailing sooner.
Live availability, card or bank-transfer payment, crew list and flight details, all done on your sofa.
Acceptance statement in EN, IT, DE, FR or PL, inventory you can see, berth marked on the marina plan.
Signed check-out PDF, deposit release and photos land in your account. Transparent, in writing.
Before the charter
From booking to the week before departure
The account replaces a chain of emails and attachments.
A real-time calendar for all four yachts. Pick a week and hold it instantly.
emailing to ask whether the boat is free.
Booking code, dates, yacht and price confirmed on screen and by email.
waiting for a reply from the office.
Pay the deposit and the balance by card or by bank transfer and upload the receipt. A running balance shows what is paid and what is due by when.
invoices and “did you receive my payment?” emails.
Charter contract, invoices, receipts, the Corfu base-information guide and, later, the signed check-in and check-out documents.
attachments spread over months of email.
Enter passport details for everyone on board once. The port-police crew list is produced from it.
paper forms at the base.
Tell us your flight and arrival time. The base plans around it and can arrange a transfer.
a separate email we have to chase for.
Add a skipper, outboard, SUP, early check-in or provisioning to the booking at any time before departure.
last-minute requests by phone.
A quote for a yacht and a week stays in your account until you decide.
a PDF quote you cannot find again.
At the base
Sailing in minutes, not hours
This is where the account saves the most time: the check-in that used to take an hour at the pontoon is mostly done on your phone before you arrive.
Fill in the check-in form from home: crew, skipper licence, contact details, arrival time.
queueing at the office on a Saturday afternoon.
Available in English, Italian, German, French and Polish, signed on screen.
a paper form in English only.
The yacht's inventory and equipment list is in your account, so you know what is on board before you step on it. The check-in walk-through follows the same list.
a clipboard you never see again.
How to reach Gouvia Marina, where your yacht is berthed (marked on the plan), office hours, check-in and check-out rules, who to call.
a seven-page PDF buried in an email.
The deposit amount, how it was taken (card pre-authorisation or cash) and the reference, visible all week.
“how much did you block on my card?”
A direct line to the base from your account for questions, weather, a technical problem or a change of plan.
searching for the right phone number.
End of the charter
A check-out you can follow
The check-out is the moment guests worry about most. The account makes it transparent.
The technical check-out and the diver's hull inspection are recorded item by item. A clean boat shows a green line; anything found shows a photo and a note.
a verbal “all fine” or a dispute from memory.
If there is damage or a loss, the settlement shows the item, the cost, what is covered, what is charged to the deposit and what is released, before you sign.
a handwritten total on a paper form.
Charterer and skipper sign on the tablet. The signed check-out PDF lands in your account within minutes, photos attached.
a carbon copy that fades, or nothing.
The amount released and the date it was released are in your account, so you know when to expect it on your statement.
emailing two weeks later to ask.
Fuel used and engine hours out and back are recorded and priced per litre, in the open.
a surprise fuel figure at the end.
Leave a review of the yacht and the base straight after the charter. It helps the next guest.
a review site we never see.
Returning guests
The second charter is where it pays off
We already know you, your crew and how you like the boat.
Every charter counts. Returning guests see their status and the discount it earns on the next booking.
Special offers, last-minute weeks and next-season prices appear in your account first, before the website.
Save the yachts and weeks you are considering and compare them side by side.
The week you want is taken? Join the waitlist and get a message the moment it frees up.
Dinghy outboard, bedding, provisioning, which cabin the skipper takes: set once, applied to every booking.
Your crew's details carry over, so the next check-in is a two-minute update instead of a fresh form.
Every past charter with its documents, check-out photos and the yacht you had, in one list.
Codes from newsletters, partners or events are redeemed at booking and tracked in your account.
Ready when you are
Creating an account takes a minute. Sign in with Google or your email, and your next charter starts from your sofa instead of the office queue.
